Services

The Wilmington/Cape Fear Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau is available to assist you with your group tour arrangements for Carolina Beach.  Our group services department is here to be your one-stop resource center for group, meeting or event planning.  We don’t just assist on business events. If you have a reunion, wedding or group tour to plan, call the CFC CVB. We are here to share all the information we have including service providers, accommodations, bus and charter services and motor coach services.

If you are planning a convention, our pre-conventions planning services will provide information regarding meeting hotels, motels, offsite event facilities, exhibit space, attractions, recreation and entertainment. We will prepare a formal bid proposal including assistance in securing competitive guest room rates and arrangements for site inspections. We will also assist with presentations to aid planners in presenting our proposal to their board or site selection committee.  Contact us today for an overview of all convention and group services offered.
